CSS Editor
While the CSS Editor does produce working code, this tool was mainly
written to allow users / developers to quickly and interactively change styles
and see the effects. The Editor also has a library of previous styles.
Information tool
This was prepared as a prototype for a call center, where three-letter lookup
codes were needed to pull up customer accounts. The lookup code was based on
the area code of the incoming call.

About web tools
Web tools can be any size, from a single web page to a group of integrated
pages or even an entire website. Arguably, ebay can be thought of as a "tool
for selling things".
Other web tools are smaller, more compact, and more defined.
For example, the CSS editor uses a tool for setting backgrounds. When you click
the 'edit' button, a background browser opens in a new window. This allows the user
to select an image, which is passed back to the editor.
