Toggle between this window and the ordering interface to step through the tour. Click a few pictures in the menu area. Note how an invoice appears in the right panel.   Click the combination icon. Click on one of the combinations. Click on the 'add' button that appears at the bottom of the combination display. Note how the items are added to the invoice.   Click the specials icon. This shows the current daily special.   Click a numbered icon. These show how additional menu pages can be presented.   Click the order summary icon. This shows the current total order.     In the invoice, click the 'x' icon beside a line item to see how items can be removed. Click the 'i' icon to customize a particular item. Click 'Back to order' when done.     In the invoice, Click 'Order it!' and the next screen will ask for a mobile phone number and provider. Enter these and click 'Place Order'.
